Attorney Tania L. Rivas is the founder of Rivas Law Group, L.L.C. She is a civil law attorney dedicated to serving injured victims in Polk County, FL. Attorney Rivas was born in Tampa, FL to a Cuban Immigrant and is fluent in Spanish. She has strong family ties to Wahneta, FL, a local town heavily populated of migrant workers. Because Mrs. Rivas is familiar with the unique challenges migrant workers face, she strived to study law and form a law practice dedicated to serving the community of Polk County, FL. Attorney Rivas is active in the community and diligently works to bring justice to all despite immigration status. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and a cum laude graduate of Stetson University’s College of Law in Gulfport, FL.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Rivas began practicing personal injury litigation for a plaintiff’s firm. In 2007, she formed Rivas Law Group, L.L.C., in Winter Haven, FL. Attorney Rivas has always represented injured victims, never insurance companies. Through her law practice, Attorney Rivas has realized her dream of serving the community and helping others.
